The entry process
Please make sure you carefully read the description of the category you wish to enter by visiting the CATEGORIES & CRITERIA page on the website before submitting your entry. You may also wish to read the JUDGES GUIDANCE page before submitting your entry. Complete your chosen entry form and submit it online along with any supporting documents and appendices you wish to include, as well as your company logo. Make sure you keep to the word limit specified for each category entry. Appendices are excluded from this count. We recommend completing your entry a word document prior to entering online.
All entries must be received by Tuesday 13 September 2016. If you have not received confirmation of receipt of your entry by Tuesday 13 September 2016 please contact Carla Staden at Carla.email@example.com
Entry for NGOs and Charity organisations is free of charge. The entry discount for charities applies to those charities and NGOs working purely in the ethical, environmental or sustainable space where all proceeds are diverted back into activities that further the ethical, social or environmental agenda. Commercial organisations with a charitable arm or charitable status do not qualify.The free entry is limited to one category (subsequent entries using the same discount code will be disregarded) and cannot be submitted by a third party, agency or consultant in the employ of said charity. Only direct submissions are eligible. If you have any questions please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the entry process.
By submitting an entry you agree to be available to attend the awards on Wednesday 25 January 2017 at the Hilton Park Lane, London. Please note that additional charges apply to attend and the entry fee does not include admission to the awards.
Payment for entries
By submitting an entry to the awards, you agree to pay the £149 entry cost, which is calculated per entry. Payment for all entries must be received by Friday 30 September 2016. You may pay for your entry online via card payment when you submit your entry, or upon invoice by selecting the invoice option when submitting your entry. Invoice payments must be received by Faversham House Ltd within 30 days of the invoice date or by close of business on Friday 30 September 2016, which ever is the earlier.
Judging takes place throughout September and October and you will be notified via email as to whether your entry has been successful or not in early October 2016. Judging is conducted as a panel and no one person is responsible for deciding the winner of each category. To view our judging panel for the 2017 awards click here. The judges’ decision is final and cannot be disputed. Please note that feedback on your entry cannot be provided.
Terms and conditions (table bookings)
Table Bookings Payment
You can pay for your table or multiple places online via card payment when completing your booking,or upon invoice by selecting the invoice option when completing your booking online. Invoice payments must be received by Faversham House Ltd within 30 days of the invoice date or by close of business 5 working days before the event, whichever is the earlier. Please note discount codes are not available on GOLD tables or individual places. This includes all Early Bird rates and promotional offers.
A special requirements form will be sent out with invitations, which will be sent in November. Please complete and return as instructed by Friday 30 November 2016. Additional charges may apply and it may not be possible to accommodate specific guest requirements if forms are not returned prior to this date.
Lighting and special effects
It is the table booking party’s responsibility to inform their guest(s) that special effects, including strobe lighting, may be used on the night.
It may be necessary for Faversham House to alter the venue and/or the date of this event for reasons beyond our control. We will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and, where possible, transfer your booking to the new venue and/or date.
Cancellations must be made in writing (email is acceptable) to the registration contact. Cancellations received before Friday 23 December 2016 will be refunded, less an administrative charge of £75+VAT. Cancellations received on or after Friday 23 December 2016 will not be refunded. Faversham House reserves the right to cancel this function. In the event of cancellation Faversham House will refund all booking fees in full. Faversham House will not accept liability for travel, accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result of any cancellation or postponement of the event. Our liability for loss or damage incurred as the result of cancellation or postponement of the event is limited to the amount of your booking fee. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. All tickets include a sparkling wine reception, four-course meal and table wine.
